Terms and Conditions of Marmade Online Store

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding sales agreements for sensory toys and sensory products via the online store marmade.pl.

  • The store sells sensory toys and educational products online.
  • Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
  • Proof of purchase is issued for every order.
  • Registration in the store is free of charge.
  • All products are new and free from defects.

IV. Orders

  • Orders can be placed 24/7.
  • The Customer is required to provide accurate personal and delivery details.
  • The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect data or non-payment.
  • Order processing time: up to 7 business days after payment is received.

V. Delivery

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer.
  • Shipping is carried out via courier or parcel locker services.
  • Delivery time in Poland: 1–7 business days.
  • International shipping costs are determined individually.

VI. Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer or online payment via payment provider.
  • Orders are shipped after payment is received.

VII. Returns

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Returned goods must be sent at the Customer’s expense.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days.
  • Products must not show excessive use.

VIII. Complaints

The store is responsible for product conformity for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Complaints are handled within 14 days.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
